This Refund Policy is valid only for merchandise bought online.
Return
The Buyer is eligible for the return of an item in case of discrepancies to the images in our store or hidden transport damages within 14 days after receiving the item. The receipt or proof of purchase must be available.

In case the merchandise being shipped into the European Union, the return may be done within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as per time of purchase.
The return costs are to be borne by the Buyer – except for transport damages, cf. below.
In case the return is accepted the shipping details will be arranged by mutual agreement provided the quality of transport is guaranteed and the costs minimized.
The merchandise should be expected right upon reception. If the shipment is damaged, for example with holes or tears in the packaging, partially opened packages or wet packaging, the Buyer should refuse to accept it.
If the item is accepted and the damages are found later, these damages should be documented and mailed to us ASAP. The case will be clarified with the transport company and if the damages are due to transportation the return costs will be borne by us.
Refund
Once the return is received and inspected, the Buyer will be notified if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the paid amount will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
The refund may be not approved, if the state of the item diverges form the state in time of purchase and the discrepancies/damages occurred not during transport to the Buyer. In the last case we will engage with the Buyer to find a mutually acceptable solution.
