Technical Issues

  1. We use service providers who act as our data processors for the dispatch and any evaluations that may take place.
All service providers are contractually obligated to treat your data confidentially.
  2. We do not use any web analytic technologies except Google Search Console and Microsoft Bing Webmaster.
By using them, we can measure our visibility on the web and use the findings to improve and thus generate more traffic.
Because these tools do not require the setting of cookies or the use of other tracking technologies, they offer website operators the opportunity to market themselves and their website in a privacy-compliant manner.
The main difference between Google Search Console and Microsoft Bing Webmaster and other web analytics tools is that although both of them collect data just like other web analysis tools and then evaluate it, the tracking does not take place on the website of the respective operator. The collected data comes exclusively from the Google or Microsoft search engines.
The decisive factor is that the data collected is not collected directly on the operator’s website, but by Google resp. Microsoft themselves. In view of this, Google resp. Microsoft are responsible for compliance with the provisions of the GDPR.
That means that none of the information displayed via the Console or Webmaster contains personal data.
