The elegant Bauhaus style table chrome-plated metal lamp
This functionalist table lamp model 1160 was produced by the NAPAKO production cooperative which was founded in 1919 as an association of small private companies.
The founders of the cooperative pooled together companies, mostly with a small number of employees, mainly from Prague.
After the second World War the cooperative was partially nationalized but thanks to the skilled craftsmanship and the quality of production it has overcome temporary difficulties and extended its production facilities in Prague – Michle, where the company is now headquartered.
The lamp consists of a lamp base, a frame and a lampshade.

Condition: The lamp is in good condition with a nice, age-appropriate patina. It is fully functional in the modern electric network. Tubular steel is cleaned and polished. An adaptor for the modern electrical connector is included.
